The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged unauthorized nd construction in the terrace of property bearing No.S-213, 2 Floor, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi-110048.

After some hearing, learned counsel for MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question shall be inspected in the presence of the petitioner within a period of five days from today, and if any unauthorized construction is found to be subsisting, expeditious action shall be taken in accordance with law, to remove the same within a period of four The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
