Mr. Chib, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the present writ petition may be barred by Section 14 of The Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the appropriate authority for deciding the lis would be the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same before the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi. 3.

In view of above submissions and keeping in view the provisions of Section 14 of The Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty so sought granted.
