% 10.09.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions submits that the application filed by the petitioners seeking review of the order dated 28.02.2020 passed by the respondent no.1 is pending adjudication. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1 to expedite the process of consideration of the review application filed by the petitioners and make an endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks.

Subject to the petitioners depositing an amount of Rs. 25 Lakhs with the respondent within two weeks from today, the enforcement of the order dated 28.02.2020 passed by the respondent no.1 shall remain stayed during the pendency of the review application of the petitioner.
