2. The challenge in the writ petition is to an Order-in-Original No.70/2019 dated 20th March, 2019.

3. Admittedly there is a statutory remedy of appeal provided under the Customs Act, 1962 against the aforementioned order. In that view of the matter, the Court declines to interfere with the impugned order in the present writ petition. It will however be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate

statutory remedies available to him in accordance with law. The pending application also stands disposed of.
