He reiterates, the prayer as made in the application. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Mr. Chhibber submits that the petitioner filed the petition for the withdrawal of voluntary retirement accepted by the respondents. Since the petitioner is withdrawing the writ petition, the respondents be directed to release the benefits pursuant to the voluntary retirement. 4.
