Through the present Petition, the Petitioner assails the correctness of the Impugned Order dated 12.02.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as „Tribunal‟], passed in O.A. No.3242/2023. 2.
Learned counsel representing the Petitioner (Union Public Service Commission) submits that in view of the abolition of the post of the Joint Secretary (Cyber Laws), Department of Legal Affairs, under Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, he may be permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to revive the same, as and when, the O.A. filed by the Respondent No.1 challenging the abolition is at all allowed.
