After some hearing, the limited relief sought by the petitioner is that the copies of the relevant assessment orders on the basis of which the demand dated 06.11.2023 has been raised on the petitioner be supplied to him.

Learned counsel for the respondent/NDMC has no objection to the aforesaid. Let the same be supplied within a period of 2 weeks from today alongwith the calculation of the amount demanded from the petitioner. 3.

No further relief is pressed for.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith all the pending application/s, stands disposed of.
