Mr. Amit Sethi, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition by stating that the possession of the tenanted premises has already been restored to the respondent/landlord on 25.05.2024, which is also admitted by the counsel for the respondent. 2.

The counsel for the respondent, on instructions, does not have any objection if the present petition is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn as the dispute between the parties has already been settled. 3.

In view of the above submissions, the present petition along with pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn. DR.
