% 13.01.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that he has no objection for the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator by this Court. Noting the subject matter of dispute, this Court appoints Mr.K. Venkatraman, Advocate (Mob: 9810387820) as a Sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. The appointment of the Arbitrator shall be regulated by the Rules of DIAC.

Let a copy of this order be sent to Mr. K. Venkatraman, Advocate. Petition is disposed of.
