The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is that the respondent/NDMC be directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.09.2022, 03.10.2022, 12.10.2022, 07.11.2022, 23.01.2023 and 16.04.2024 (filed as Annexures P-6, P-9, P-10, P-13, P-14 and P-18 in the present petition).

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention to Annexure P-7 whereby, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2022, certain information/documents have been sought from the petitioner. However, no order/decision has been taken on the representation of the petitioner. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.
