% 29.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Arbitrator has already been appointed by the petitioner in this matter. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the respondents would appear before the Arbitrator on the next date. She has no objection if the interim order as passed on 29th January, 2016 be continued till the same is modified or vacated by the Arbitrator.

Ordered accordingly.

Liberty is granted to the respondents to move an application for modification/vacation of the said interim order, if necessary. In case such an application is filed, the same will be considered by the Arbitrator as per its own merits. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
