The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeking expeditious disposal of the application filed by the petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in CS/DJ/873/2022, which has been pending adjudication since 06th December, 2022, within a time-bound period. 4.
