This petition is filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 28.08.2020 passed by the learned Additional Session's Judge, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi whereby the interim bail extended on 05.08.2020 was not further extended and to grant of extension of interim bail. 5.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner this applicant was granted interim bail vide order dated 06.06.2020 till 05.08.2020 and thereafter the said bail was extended on 05.08.2020 till 25.08.2020. It is submitted thereafter the applicant became ill and even otherwise the area where applicant reside was declared a red zone area by government officials and as such he could not surrender and his application for further extension was rather dismissed by the Court of learned ASJ despite an order passed in W.P.(C)3037/2020 in which all interim bail(s) were extended till 31.10.2020.

In the circumstances, the interim bail of the applicant herein granted on 06.06.2020, extended on 05.08.2020 is further extended till 31.10.2020 on the same terms and conditions as was enumerated in earlier orders. 7.

The petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s) if any, also stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated electronically to the Jail Superintendent/Trial Court for compliance.
