W.P.(C) 5958/2020 & CM No.21525/2020 This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to reschedule or change the date and/or timing of the entrance exam of DU JAT as scheduled by the respondents and to provide the time gap of at least three hours to reach from one exam centre to another. The case of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 and 3 had fixed the dates for DU JAT entrance exam of Delhi University on 07.09.2020 and IIM Indore has also fixed its entrance exam for the course of IPM on the same day.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 states that if the
petitioner gives details of her Roll No. and Examination Centres respondent No.2 will try and adjust the petitioner in a different time slot of the exam in question to be conducted on 7.9.2020.
Let the details be provided to learned counsel for respondent No.2 today itself by learned counsel for petitioner. In these circumstances, respondent No.2 will also ensure that the petitioner is not debarred for reporting for her exam little beyond the stated reporting time.
Taking the statement of learned counsel for respondent No.2 on record, petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
