This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the petitioner to be released on parole for 45 days in FIR No. 78/2010 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station: Crime Branch, Bawana.

It is noticed that the application seeking parole was filed by the petitioner only on 26.04.2024. The present petition was filed on the very same day, therefore, giving no time to the respondent to even apply its mind on the application so filed.
