1. The challenge in the present petition is to an Order in Original No. 24/2018-19/V.S./Commr.(Import) dated 30th March, 2019.

2. This Court has consistently declined to interfere under Article 226 of Constitution of India when an efficacious statutory remedy is available to the Petitioner in accordance with law. Admittedly, the impugned order is an appealable one under the Customs Act, 1962.

3. In that view of the matter, the Court declines to interfere with the impugned order. It will however be open to the Petitioners to seek appropriate remedies as are available in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is dismissed. The application is disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
