The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to stop the unauthorized construction at DDA Flat No. G-112, Pocket-G, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
