At the outset, learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State points out that the writ petition against the impugned order dated 17.04.2023 whereby the learned Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-18, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi has dismissed the complaint case of the petitioner under Section 203 Cr.P.C, is not maintainable.

Faced with this situation, the petitioner appearing in person, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file criminal revision in accordance with law.
