The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail in FIR No. 10/2016 registered under Sections 302/396/201/120B/412/34 IPC at Police Station Rajender Nagar, Delhi on the ground that the petitioner's wife is suffering from medical issues. 2.

On the last date of hearing, notice was issued and a Status Report was requisitioned. The Status Report has been filed through e-mail and the same is taken on record.

As per the Status Report, the present case relates to triple murder and the charges are yet to be framed. So far as, the medical grounds of the petitioner's wife are concerned, no medical documents have been placed on BAIL APPLN. 2501/2020

record. On enquiry, the Ultrasound Whole Abdomen report dated 25.06.2020 and 03.09.2020 revealed that the petitioner's wife has some problems in her Liver (Homogenously Echogenic Lesion measuring 28x21 mm) and in Kidney Calculus measuring 4.5 mm is found. It has been further stated that the petitioner's wife is living alongwith her two major sons, namely, Ravi & Ravinder @ Inder, and the younger son is working as a D.J. Operator. Therer are no medical records produced showing any medical urgency.
