This application has been filed on behalf of the Respondent/DUSIB seeking a typographical correction in paragraph No.8 of the Order dated 08.01.2024 passed by this Court.

In paragraph No.8 of the Order dated 08.01.2024 inadvertently "Petitioner" has been mentioned instead of "Respondent". Paragraph No.8 of the Order dated 08.01.2024 reads as under: "8. It is always open for the Petitioner to issue a fresh Show Cause Notice to the Petitioner indicating the proposed punishment and proceed further in accordance with law."

Let paragraph No.8 of the Order dated 08.01.2024 be read as under: "8.
