O R D E R

The authorised representative of the petitioner (who has joined these proceeding through video-conferencing) and the respondent (who appears in person) confirm the understanding/ agreement as recorded in the order dated 07.10.2024, with the modification that :- (i) the amount of Rs. 45,24,000/- referred to in Para 1 of the said order, be read as Rs. 45,59,700/- . The said amount has already been deposited in this Court;

(ii) the total interest to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent shall be Rs. 33,63,000/- .

A bank draft for the aforesaid amount of Rs.33,63,000/- has been handed over by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the learned counsel for the respondent during the course of hearing. As recorded in the order dated 07.10.2024, and as agreed between the parties, the respondent shall be also be entitled to appropriate the interest that has accrued on the amount already deposited by the petitioner in this court, till the date of release thereof. Let the registry take steps to release the said amount to the respondent expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits, on instructions, that the above payments result in full and final satisfaction of all outstanding claims of the respondent against the petitioner, which are subject matter of the present proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to withdraw the pending Execution No. EX/370/2020 before Saket District Courts within a period of two weeks from today.

The present petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
