This application has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the applicant praying for being released on bail in FIR No. 79/2023 registered at Police Station: R.K.Puram, Delhi for offence under Sections 342/34/326/307/323/324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; Sections 6/10/12/21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 75/80 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. 2.
As the present application has been filed without approaching the learned Trial Court for seeking bail, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to move the same before the learned Trial Court. 3.
