By way of the present application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/applicant seeks interim bail in FIR No. 10/2016 registered under Sections 302/396/412/201/120B/34 IPC at P.S. Rajinder Nagar, on the ground that he has to undergo surgery for removal of gall bladder stone. 3.

A medical status report dated 17.05.2024 has been received from the concerned Jail Superintendent, as per which the patient has been regularly evaluated at the jail dispensary/referral hospital. USG Abdomen of the applicant was conducted on 29.01.2024, whereafter he was referred to DDU Hospital for review on 10.02.2024 and 16.02.2024. He was also reviewed by the jail duty doctor on 15.04.2024 and 06.05.2024. The applicant has been prescribed certain medications and his present condition is stated to be stable.

direction that in case the applicant is willing to undergo surgery, the concerned Jail superintendent shall take requisite and immediate steps for applicant to undergo the said surgery at DDU Hospital or any of the other referral hospital.
