This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of applicant/ respondent no.1 on the ground that the writ petition has now become infructuous due to the unfortunate death of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the prayer in the writ petition was only for issuance of an NOC to permit the petitioner to appear in examination to be held by Airport Authority of India, due to the sad demise of the petitioner, the writ petition would not survive. 2.
