The present petition was transferred to the New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, Delhi by an order dated 09.01.2017 passed by this Court. The learned Additional District Judge, New Delhi District has passed an order dated 04.08.2017 observing that the Judgment Debtor falls within the jurisdiction of Karkardooma Courts.

Accordingly, it is directed that the present petition be transferred to the Court of the Learned District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 2.
