Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the husband and wife, that is, petitioner Neeraj Bangia and respondent Shalini Bhangia, vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated December, 2018, present petitions are not being pressed and may be disposed of accordingly. Respondent Shalini Bhangia admits having settled the matter with petitioner Neeraj Bangia, vide aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding.
Learned counsel for the / petitioners submits that petitioners will approach this Court if the terms of the settlement are not adhered to and the settlement fails for any reason whatsoever.
Both the petitions are disposed of as not pressed at this stage in view of the settlement. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
