Petitioner has approached this Court seeking bail in FIR No. 20/2024 registered at Police Station Bhalaswa Dairy for offences under Sections 392/397/411/34 IPC.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh bail application after framing of charges on the ground that the facts, as presented in the charge-sheet, only makes out a case of Section 411 IPC against the Petitioner and not Section 392 IPC.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.
