% 03.09.2020 The petitioner prays for an ominous prayer in the following terms:

"Issue a Writ of Mandamus in the form of directing the respondent Central Bureau of Investigation NCB not to issue any notice in the matter which already stands closed by the competent court in Dubai."

The petition arises from an order convicting the petitioner in Nigeria, in connection with which, it would appear, the National Central Bureau-India (Interpol) of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is seeking the petitioner's location, which the petitioner says is causing him unwarranted harassment.

After making some submissions however, Mr. Kapil Chandna, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law.

Mr. Anil Grover, learned Special Public Prosecutor is present on behalf of the respondent/CBI.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
