The present petition has been filed by the CBI assailing the impugned order dated 29.05.2023 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi in RC-0742020E0007 whereby LOC issued against the respondent was revoked. 2.

Ms. Anubha Bhardwaj, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of CBI, on instructions, submits that the present respondent has not been charge-sheeted by the CBI and accordingly, the LOC is not operational against the respondent.

She contends that the present petition has thus, been rendered infructuous.
