The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the interim bail granted to the petitioner be extended till 31.10.2020. 3.

The petitioner was released on interim bail by an order dated 24.07.2020 passed in Bail Application No.1742/2020. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 captioned 'Court on its Own Motion v. State and Ors.', all interim orders including orders granting interim bail, have been extended till 31.10.2020.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner by an order dated 24.07.2020 in Bail Application No.1742/2020 is extended till 31.10.2020 on the same terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 24.07.2020. 6.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Authorities electronically.
