% 27.02.2026 CRL.M.A. 6707/2026 (seeking modification of bail condition imposed on the Petitioner by Court by order dated 04.07.2025) 1.

The above-captioned bail application was disposed of by order dated 4th July, 2025, whereby bail was granted to the Applicant. 2.

By way of the present application, the Applicant seeks modification of the condition contained in Paragraph No. 6(g) of the aforesaid order, which requires him to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on the second and fourth Friday of every month to mark his presence. 3.

Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is presently residing in Allahabad and, therefore, finds it difficult to frequently travel to Delhi for the purpose of marking his presence. It is further submitted that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. since his release in July, 2025, the Applicant has complied with the said condition without default, and is regularly appearing before the Trial Court. 4.

Considering the above circumstances, and having regard to the period that has elapsed since the grant of bail and the completion of investigation, the condition contained in Paragraph No. 6(g) of the order dated 4th July, 2025 is modified to the following extent:

"Applicant shall report before the IO on the first Friday of every third month to mark his presence and he shall not be kept waiting for more than an hour."

It is clarified that all the other bail conditions contained in the order shall remain intact.
