The petitioner company is invoking supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved of the order dated 18.03.2024 followed by an order dated 23.04.2024 on its review application passed by the learned Judges of the NCDRC1. 4.

learned counsel for IRP2 of respondent No.4-M/s. Three C Shelters Private Limited. Mr. Kohli has urged that the claims of the respondents already stand verified by the IRP. 5.
After some arguments, learned Counsel for the respondents concedes that they have been offered physical possession of the flats vide email dated 16th September, 2023 pursuant to directions passed by the learned NCLT3, of which they were not aware and they are willing to take possession of the flats without any delay and without any penalty. It is stated that the respondents will withdraw their claims pending before the learned NCDRC.

In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner requests permission to withdraw this petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.
