By virtue of the present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks direction to the learned Family Court-01, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi (learned Family Court) to dispose of MT Case No.444/2019 within a period of six months. 2.

Considering the factual matrix involved, the legal position as also since the present proceedings are arising out of a matrimonial discord inter se the parties, which also involves a child, the learned Family Court, is requested to adjudicate upon the proceedings by making an endeavour to bring a closure to the same by passing the final judgment therein at the earliest in accordance with law, preferably on or before 31.12.2026, albeit, keeping the board position and pendency before it in mind.
