W.P.(C) 5561/2019 & C.M. No. 24430/2019 Issue notice. Ms. Ahlawat accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not been filing the reply before the tribunal despite numerous opportunities, and the matter is dragging on without a hearing in the O.A.

We find that over ten opportunities have been granted to the respondent to file the reply before the tribunal. Ms. Ahlawat seeks one last opportunity for the said purpose. The next date fixed before the tribunal is 23.05.2019.

Though there is no justification for grant of any further time, in view of the assurance given by Ms. Ahlawat that the same would be prepared and filed within a week, we grant time to the respondent to file the reply before the tribunal on or before 28.05.2019. In case the same is not so filed, the right of the respondent to file the reply before the tribunal shall stand permanently closed.
