This is the second application filed by the Applicant before this Cout, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), seeking pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 185/2017, dated 24th May, 2017, registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Okhla Industrial Area.

The Applicant's first anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court was dismissed by order dated 31st July, 2024. Subsequent to this, his first anticipatory bail application before this Court was dismissed by order dated 7th August, 2024. This order was challenged by the Applicant before the Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) No. 12635/2024 wherein the Court granted interim protection to the Applicant on 17th September, 2024, however, on 3rd The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. December, 2024, the said SLP was dismissed by the Supreme Court. Thereafter, the Applicant filed a second anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court, which too was dismissed by order dated 21st March, 2025.

Mr. Mukesh Kumar, APP for the State, points out that the Applicant has been declared a Proclaimed Offender.

In view of the above, after making submissions for some time, Mr. Gyanendra Kumar, Senior Counsel for the Applicant, states on instructions, that he would like to withdraw the present application and shall file an appropriate application for surrender before the Trial Court. 5.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid, along with pending applications.
