% 03.09.2020 The present matter has been taken up for hearing by way of Video Conferencing on account of COVID-19 pandemic. After lengthy arguments, Mr. M.K. Gaur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of. The respondents, who appear before us on advance notice, are directed to file their replies to the O.A. No.1147/2020 (for short 'the subject O.A.), titled as 'Rajveer vs. Employees State Insurance Corporation', pending adjudication before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (for short 'learned CAT'), within four weeks with advance copies to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, who may file rejoinders thereto, if any, before the next date of hearing fixed in the subject O.A. i.e. 20.10.20. Needless to state that, the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the legal and factual issues before the learned CAT at the time of hearing of the subject O.A.
