Through this application, the parties seek leave to file the Addendum Agreement dated 14th May, 2024, whereunder they have settled their disputes, in a sealed cover. The parties desire to keep the terms of the Addendum Agreement confidential and have also filed a joint application seeking a consent decree on the basis of the Agreement. 2.

In view of the above, application is allowed and the Addendum Agreement dated 14th May, 2024 is permitted to be filed with the Registry in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

," and their formative variants, has filed the present suit to restrain the infringement and passing off of their trademarks by Defendants, who use the marks "

During the pendency of the suit, the parties have settled their disputes and through I.A. 30540/2024, they pray for a compromise decree under Order XXIII Rule 3 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, on terms enumerated in the Addendum Agreement dated 14th May, 2024. 6.

The application is duly supported by affidavits of the Authorised Signatories of the parties. Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above, confirm the compromise and pray that the suit be decreed as per terms mentioned in the Agreement. As noted above, the parties have agreed to keep the terms of settlement confidential and not disclose the same to any third party, except as may be required by law. 7.

Copy of the Addendum Agreement handed over has been perused and returned. The Court finds the terms of the Agreement to be lawful. 8.

Decree sheet shall not reproduce or disclose the terms of the Addendum Agreement other than the date on which it has been executed, i.e., 14th May, 2024.
