% 03.09.2020 This hearing is conducted through Video Conferencing. This petition is filed by the petitioners to challenge the act of the respondents for allotting the same date of the entrance exam for similarly placed students/petitioners. The case of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 and 3 had fixed the dates for BBA and BMS exam on 07.09.2020 and IIM Indore has also fixed its entrance exam for the course of IPM on the same day.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 states that if the petitioners give details of their Roll No. and Examination Centres respondent No.2 will try and adjust the petitioners in a different time slot of the exam in question to be conducted on 7.9.2020 so that there is no clash as stated by the petitioners.

Let details be provided to learned counsel for respondent No.2 today itself by learned counsel for petitioners.
