This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India laying a challenge to order dated 28.04.2026 passed by the learned District Judge, Commercial Court-06, Central District in CS (COMM) 489/2026, whereby Trial Court has at this stage declined to grant ex parte ad interim injunction owing to non-compliance with the directions issued by this Court in the case of Amrish Agarwal v. M/s Venus Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd., decided on 27.08.2019 and has issued summons in the suit and notice in the application for interim injunction, returnable on 03.06.2026.
