The petitioner is seeking production of his wife missing since February, 2020. Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel, submits that the petitioner's wife, Binita Tanti has returned back on 05th September, 2020.

Learned counsel further submits that R.B. Placement Agency is involved in illegal trafficking of girls from Assam and an appropriate action be taken against them.

This Court is examining enforcement of Delhi Private Placement Agencies (Regulation) Order, 2014 in W.P.(CRL) 1318/2020 listed today. The petitioner is permitted to file an affidavit to place on record the grievances against the placement agency in W.P.(CRL) 1318/2020 within a period of two weeks with advance copy to learned Standing Counsel. 6.

This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. 7.
