O R D E R

By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayers: "a) set-aside the order dated 05.06.2023 passed by Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate-01 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in E-FIR No.000178/2023 dated £2.05.2023 under Section 380/457 IPC, Police Station-Prasad Nagar;

b) direct the respondent No.3 to produce police diary before this Hon'ble Court in relation to the present E-FIR No.000178/2023 regarding the developments in the investigation conducted so far;

c) direct for adding Sections 394/449 IPC in E-FIR No0.000178/2023 dated £2.05.2023 under Sections 380/457 IPC, Police Station-Prasad Nagar;

d) monitor the investigation..."

Apparently, the present petition came to be filed in the context of the order dated 05.06.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, on an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for monitoring the investigation. A further perusal of the petition would show that the petitioner was aggrieved by the delayed registration of the FIR and thereafter, the slow pace of investigation of the said case.

Learned APP for the State disputes the same and submits, upon instructions, that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet will be filed within a week from today.

Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed. 6.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
