% 13.09.2019 This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Learned counsel for the respondent concedes to the fact that the inter se disputes between the parties needs to be adjudicated through the process of Arbitration. My attention has been drawn to the Clause 45 of the Agreement at page 23 of the documents in that regard. This Court appoints Ms.Anita Sahani, Advocate, M. No.9810113256, as a Sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The fee of the Arbitrator shall be regulated under the provisions of Schedule IV of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Both the parties are at liberty to take such pleas as available to them both on facts and in law before the learned Arbitrator. The petition is disposed of.
