The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 29.08.2020 passed by the Trial Court in Bail Application No. 1751/2020 arising out of FIR No.12/2018, registered under Sections 420/468/471/120-B IPC at Police Station EOW. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide the impugned

order, although the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner has been posted for hearing on 09.09.2020 but no interim protection was granted despite the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation on three occasions.

As the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner is still pending before the Trial Court and coming up for hearing on 09.09.2020, the petitioner shall be at liberty to urge all the grounds before the concerned court.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
