Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "1. Allow the writ petition and set aside the Notice issued by the Respondent No. 2 on a back date i.e., 21.05.2023 as sent on 01.06.2023 to the Petitioners for holding Special General Body Meeting on 11.06.2023.

2. Direct the Respondent No. 2 to not hold Special/General Body Meeting till the pendency of the inquiry to be conducted by the inquiry officer appointed by the Respondent No. 1 vide order dated 30.05.2023.

3. Pass any such further orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for the purposes of this case." 2.

Since the Special General Body meeting has been held, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

However, as the Inspection Report has been submitted under Section 61 of the Cooperative Societies Act, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. In the event an appeal is filed challenging the Inspection Report before the Delhi Cooperative Societies Tribunal within two weeks, the same shall not be dismissed on the ground of delay.
