The learned senior counsel for the petitioners/applicants submits that the Investigating Officer, who was present in Court on 01.05.2024, had submitted that the matter was fixed for arguments on charge on the next day.

He has pointed towards the order dated 02.05.2024, passed by the learned Trial Court, which reflects that the matter is still at the stage of scrutiny of documents and is now listed on 04.09.2024.

In Paragraph 4 of the order dated 01.05.2024, this Court had noted the averments made by the parties. Therefore, no corrections are required to be made in the order dated 01.05.2024 in this regard.

This Court had not entertained the petition on the presumption that the matter was fixed for arguments on charge. 8.

It is pertinent to note that order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the learned Trial Court mentions that the matter is now listed for - "scrutiny of documents/ consideration of charge" on 04.09.2024.

Be that as it may, since the learned Trial Court has now listed the matter on 04.09.2024, it is considered appropriate that the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite hearing the arguments on charge in Cr Case No. 2994/2022, arising out of FIR No.214/2020, registered at Economic Offences Wing. 10.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that all the necessary documents would be supplied to the petitioners within a period of two weeks and if the petitioners have any grievance, an application for supplying the corrected / The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
