The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/non-compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 08.04.2025 in W.P.(C) No. 4388/2025. The same reads as under: "1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. This Court on 07.04.2025 had passed the following order: "At the request made on behalf of learned counsel representing the MCD, list on 08.04.2025 to enable him to complete his instructions, especially as to whether the MCD is ready to revisit the impugned decision so far as the blacklisting and forfeiture of the EMD amount is concerned. "
3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order dated 07.04.2025, learned counsel representing the MCD, Mr. Tushar Sannu, on instructions, has submitted that the MCD is ready to revisit the impugned decision so far as the blacklisting and forfeiture of the EMD amount is concerned.
4. This petition is thus disposed of in terms of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the learned counsel for the MCD. We further provide that till a fresh decision under this order is taken by the MCD, the decision which is under challenge herein shall be kept in abeyance so far as it relates to blacklisting of the petitioner and forfeiture of the EMD amount.
