b Vide order dated 17.10.2019, Trial Court was direeted to examine the complainant positively on the next date of hearing. On 10-12.2019, when matter was posted before the Trial Court, it was submitted by counsel for the complainant as well as accused that the matter has been settled between the parties and short adjournment was sought for deposition of complainant's evidence. Accordingly, the matter was fixed for PE on 25.02.2020.
It is not in dispute that petitioner Rishabh Gupta is m Judicial Custody since 23.02.2019 and petitioner Akash Gupta is in Judicial Custody since 01.12.2018.
Accordingly, without commenting upon the merits of the cases, I am of the opinion that the petitioners are entitled for bail. / 1 Accordingly, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ^20,000/- each with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitions are, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
