The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:

"a. Issue notice of show cause to the Respondents under Article 215 of the Constitution of India and Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1973 for having committed the contempt of the Final Order and Judgement dated 06.02.2024 passed in Arbitration Petition No. 1143 of 2023 and the Order dated 25.10.2024 passed in I.A. No. 42162 of 2024 in Arbitration Petition No. 1143 of 2023; b. Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents and punish the Respondents in accordance with law, c. Pass such other or further order/s as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the Case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has complied with the directions in judgment dated 06.02.2024 in Arbitration petition no. 1143/2023 and order dated 25.10.2024 passed in I.A.
