The petitioner is seeking production of her mother, Mirina Urang, missing since February, 2020.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner's mother, Mirina Urang is traced out and she is working as a house help in the house of Mr. Anil Kumar, at C-2/142, Janak Puri, Delhi. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has serious grievances against the R.B. Placement Agency and a detailed affidavit shall be filed.

This Court is examining the enforcement of the Delhi Private Placement Agencies (Regulation) Order, 2014 in W.P.(CRL) 1318/2020 listed today. The petitioner is permitted to file an affidavit in W.P.(CRL) 1318/2020 within two weeks with advance copy to learned Standing Counsel.
