% 21.03.2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 0257/2020, under Sections 419/420 IPC, registered at PS: Special Cell, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom. Learned APP for the State at the outset submits that chargesheet has been filed against two accused and petitioner is alleged to have taken commission @ 5% against payments.

After partly making the submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the bail application.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
